Ridiculous turn around times!!!!

<p>I app**** to Discovery health for the Keycare Plus plan, i sent my application on the 17 March 2017! i had to follow up countless times, on 10 April i was told that the application was with underwiritng and i would receive my acceptance on Tuesday the 11th, today when i called them i am told my application is still with the income verification department cause i had blanked out my purchases on my bank statement! I had not blanked out my when my salary went in, admitly i do receive other money, being maintenance for my child! which can not be taken into factor as part of my salary! </p> <p> </p> <p>Cant belive such a big company does not understand that! and neither do they come back to you as i was told the application takes 4 days! wherer as mine is going on almost one month! Absolutely apalled by Discovery! I trusted them of all companies and this was the outcome!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
