ridiculous service

i have received ridiculous service from discovery health, they do not call you back, and really treat their clients with such poor service, i have submitted everything needed for a claim that was declined, i have been calling for weeks, with no concrete feedback, the line cuts and no one bothers to even call me back, this is pathetic service honestly
