Ridiculous service and clients interaction
The most unprofessional service, I stopped using services more than 3 months ago and get a call that I owe R200 outstanding, which was billed incorrectly 3 years ago. Thereafter 24 hours later I have threatening emails to confirm payment or you will be listed. This is the first time I have ever been contacted by Discovery for any outstanding amount. Thank God I moved to Bonitas.
