Ridiculous service!

Absolutely appalled by the service! In November 2020 I was submitted for mental health hospital stay due to a massive anxiety attack. During my stay I received numerous emails to myself as well as my hospital that my stay and treatments were approved. Only for Discovery to pay a whopping R81 of a 27k bill - and suddenly refusing to pay!! I have called various times, wasting calling time as the answer is always the same - "The query is still ongoing" like two months later! Ridiculous - I am virtually on my way to ANOTHER panic attack! Never have I missed a payment - yet THEIR OWN STAFF makes a "coding error" causing all of this Havok - But returning my calls and paying a valid claim is just too much to ask! ! I called yesterday (2020/02/24) requesting for this to be finalized YESTERDAY - Well. . . Obviously next step is to advertise how badly they look after their clients - suddenly my "scheme does not cover the claim" - THEN WHY APPROVE IN THE FIRST PLACE???! Unacceptable! Can someone please recommend another medical aid that is trustworthy and not just taking my money only to refuse to pay!?
