Ridiculous medical aid : Discovery

I asked for an authorization for a paediatrician to see my child who suffers from chronic headache and it's been two weeks and apparently they are still reviewing the information. Now my child is in hospital on a critical condition and guess what they won't authorize the hospital to do the CT scan and see the paediatrician. Always finding reason not to pay when I'm paying a whole lot of money each month. Ridiculous especially the key care plan.
