RIDICULOUS from Discovery

Discovery is the WORST company you could ever go to.

Signed up for medical aid just over 2 years ago and its been nothing but empty promises. Had to go for an eye test but was told i had to drive +-100KM (one way) just for an eye test as there was no optometrists that is covered in Pietermaritzburg. Had to pay cash for an eye test and new glasses yet i pay +-R2600.00 per month for medical aid.

Contacted the call centre and the lady was happy to do a cancellation instead of trying to assist me to find an optometrist closer. Absolutley RIDICULOUS!

Cancelling with Discovery and going to another provider like Bonitas.

Discovery was great at one stage - now they just want to charge high prices for nothing.

Discovery does not even deserve 1 star!
