Ridiculous Discovery Health

My wife was admitted recently for an emergency at netcare staugustines. When I received my hospital bill everything most of the things were covered as it should under the hospital cover benefit, To my surprise there was an amount of R 9700 that was not covered, When I enquired with the hospital they say that discovery is not paying for the scope that was done an I am expected to pay that out of my own pocket. Where the hell do you think I will get R 9700 for an unplanned admission. This is ridiculous, the hospital benefit should be covering this.
