Ridiculous Claim Issues

I've tried calling Discovery to help with a claim that has been denied because of an invalid practice number.

I've called twice and still not getting any help. In fact despite me calling the dentist to confirm the practice number Discovery still isn't helping and placing the blame instead on the dentist. That no one is answering, that it rings forever which is nonsense because Bev answers on the first ring and if shes busy it will go to voicemail.

Our family has been with the dentist for over a decade, and all the other dicovery patients with our dentist have never had a problem getting their money back, so it's discoverys issue.

Having to run about getting info on behalf of Discovery is ridiculous.
