Reviews telling the terrible service from Discovery Health

With reference to my review on Hellopeter on 30 November 2023 regarding re-approval of essential chronic medication. Only response from Discovery was that they will investigate the matter. Needless to say in the meantime I have to pay out of pocket and I am a pensioner strugggling to make ends meet. Surely 2 months is long enough, previous approval took 12 months and only got approval after counsil of medical aids got involved. Another case where they didn't approve medical intervention for an emergency on 22 Dec 2023 now resulted in another call for ambulance on 29 Jan as failure to perform procedure on left knee caused right knee and angle to fail due to compensating for problem with the left side.
