Reversal of Claim

Hi<br> <br> I am deeply disappointed in Discovery, I was pregnant in 2012 and paid the gynecologist cash on the 2 November 2012. I have claimed the money back and received it.<br> <br> I took my daughter to a pediatrician and had to pay cash again, which i submitted a claim so that I can get refunded. I only received a portion of my money back because I apparently owe them money from 2012.<br> They said my 2012 claim was duplicated, i phoned my Gynecologist and they informed me that they did not claim for my consultation because I paid cash.<br> <br> I would like someone to assist me in this matter, I have been phoning the call centre and they are unable to explain to me what is happening.<br> <br>
