Retrenchment Notice goes unheard

<p>Emmanuel Chetty . Was retenched in August 2016. He informed Discovery Medical Aid who requested send proof of income (really), bank statements and UIF letter (Ref ********** 40.). All documents was sent on 21 Sep and he was still charged full for medical aid under Key Care Plus. The plan that was created to take from the middle to high income earners to pay for the low to no income earners so they can enjoy the same benefits. Where is the "heart" in giving consideration to someone losing their job???? The debits run off my account and once again you will say you cannot speak to me so go ahead and fix it with Mr Chetty and refund my account.</p>
