Resubmission of claims has become the norm!!!

Discovery keeps on rejecting doctor's claims based on reason codes that make absolutely no sense. What is even more perplexing is that when I resubmit the same invoice with no changes, discovery miraculously pays! I'm starting to believe that there is some sabotage taking place in the data capturing/decision space. Discovery can I please have my claims paid up!!!
