Response time unacceptable
been almost 2 months on a outcome of a cpap machine. ALways please allow 3-5 working days for response. And everytime they ask the same information of documents require. Feels like bots are working and not humans. Why does it take so long for someone to approve. Other medical aids probably dont have this issue. Really thinking of changing medical aid.
