Response time bad

I do really have a bad experience with the medical aid and doctor. And none take responsibility. I have been trying to get everything sorted since last month. And the medical aid gives you ref no after ref no. And they always say everything takes 2 to 3 days. It is really bad. How can a problem take so long.
