Response changes to suit the occasion.

On 25 July I emailed a request for authorisation of removal of my daughters wisdom teeth. The operation is scheduled for 15 August. Surely enough time for Discovery to respond. There have been a number of emails backwards and forwards but it would appear that the staff at Discovery are simply incapable of reading the email and insist on sending back an automated response which doesnt answer my query.

The problem relates to the costs of the anaethetist. On a previous occasion a certain Umiksha Maharaj advised that a claim could not be paid because proper authorisation had not been obtained. Now I am told that authorisation cannot be given. It is relevant to note that Ms Maharaj claimed that she had listened to the recording when this was explained to me. How this could have been possible considering that I didnt speak to the consultant she couldnt explain.

I am again under the impression that Discovery twist the response to suit the occasion. Either they need to provide proper authorisation for this event or pay in full for the previous one.
