Requested my medical aid card over 6 months ago

I am utterly disappointed in the service or lack thereof I have received from Discovery health.<br> <br> I requested an additional medical aid card in November 2014 as I need 2 for myself and my dependent who lives in a different town to me. This card has not been delivered and I have made 2 follow-ups to no avail.<br> <br> All I am told is that this will take 7 working days to deliver and the 7 days just passes and no card is delivered. When i Moved to my current employer and was provided with 3 medical aid scheme options.<br> Discovery was the obvious choice as I had used them previously, with the shoddy service I am experiencing now i think I might have bet on the wrong horse. <br> <br> Can somebody please assist me!!!!<br> Discovery Ayisafani!!!!!
