Repeated emails ignored

Many days have passed,emails have been sent back and forth, I have sent Nikita emails as well. I was promised to be kept up to date. To date no response. I received confirmation that the banking details were updated over a week ago. I am surprised despite of my repeated complaints neither has any urgency been shown. The emails were forwarded to Nikita and was ignored The matter originated on 14 July 2020 Why is the service so inefficient and ineffective. Can the respondents of Hellopeter be empathetic and realize you are setting an impression on whether I would ever use the Discovery brand.
