Repayment

Good day

The 1st of September discovery health deducted R2900 out of my account,I am not a member of discovery and did not sign papers stated that they can put me as a member,I called discovery and they told me they are very sorry about the mistake and they will refund me in full,On the 8th September I went to my bank and they phoned discovery and told them they are busy with the processe of refunding the money and they told them it will take up to 6 work days and till today no money has been refunded as promised!!
