removed of the key care list

<p>I decided on a doctor last year that was under key care.All was well and discovery had no issues.I went to see the doctor this week and was told sorry but we do not accept key care as discovery has stopped it and removed us off the list.Please tell me why key care holders were not informed by this?.Why must i again change doctors again as the doctor i had was great.This doctor knows my history and now i must explain it to another doctor again,if i go to one in the future.No email was sent to say check the new 2017 list.I dont understand why you would remove this doctor off the list.I paid the R400 to see the doctor and have now uploaded the invoice to get a refund from discovery.</p>
