Remove judgement on my name from ITC due to your late payment

In June 2020 I called Discovery LA Active for a pre-admission approval. It was granted. My daughter needed dental work and due to her age, she needed to sleep through the procedure.

I got a date from Birch Med hospital, did the pre-procedure COVID19 tests and the procedure was successful.

Here starts the headache; 1. Despite the payments by myself, Discovery didn't pay some fee to the dentist surgeon. After follow up the fee was paid but NOT FROM THE DENTAL PLAN. FROM RATHER THE DAY TO DAY SAVINGS

2. Birch Med's lawyers placed a judgement on my name with ITC because of unpaid fees. Remember that I got pre-approval and the procedure was supposed to be credited by Discovery.

3. After calling Discovery the outstanding money was paid. Discovery paid from Day to Day savings, which makes little sense because the procedure took place through hospital admission. Birch Med's legal company say they will not remove the judgement from my name and want to recoup their fees from myself through litigation. I told the lady to calm the F down and provide me with a date to appear in court. The reason for the date request is to share the date with Discovery and my lawyers.

4. Discovery has been terrible with customer support - listen to my conversations with your support team. I am respectful but note their inaptitude and lack of understanding of company clauses / knowledge / process. I have also noticed the trend of false deductions from day to day savings. I just don't have time to waste, time spent on this review goes into the (R) thousands

5. I expected a call from the Zulu gent (Khetha or something) handling my matter. Apart from him handing my matter to an uninformed counterpart whilst he was on leave and the call we confirmed that I should expect, I have not had a follow up. I called, an email was sent to him but still no call to me.

6. I need you to (a) Call Birch Med to resolve all payments matters. I am now a middleman on a matter outside of my control. (b) Remove the judgement from my name at ITC. You are causing irreparable damage and essentially putting my life, family and livelihood at risk (c) Propose means of making amends for my terrible experience at your hands whilst I am on a hefty product package, am a dependable client for over a decade and have never missed a payment or been in breach of contract

7. If this matter still lingers, I will initiate discussions with my lawyers on Monday, 25th January 2021 to force you to resolve this matter and claim for distress and inconvenience
