Rejected to cover me for Keratoconus procedure

As a former discovery medical aid scheme member, I was rejected by Discovery when trying to claim for the cover for a Keratoconus corneal cross linking procedure, which they have been apparently covering for the last 7 to 8 years<br> <br> After having cancelled and saving cash for this procedure, it was sad to discover that my condition had worsened and I now need a corneal transplant, which would cost me almost 8 to 10 times more than the cross linking procedure. I have met with a number of specialists in JHB and I was finally referred to a doctor in Randburg who can assist me with the transplant. When I asked for a quote from his practice, I am told that Discovery has been paying for both cross linking and corneal craft transplants for years. <br> <br> I do not have issues with joining Discovery again on the condition that Discovery tells me why I was rejected, if Discovery apologizes, and if Discovery assures me that should I join as a member again my corneal craft will be fully paid for <br>
