Rejected payments

<p>Good Morning</p> <p>On the 13th of October 2016 I fell and injured my right foot , I couldn’t walk , was in an excruciating pain and my foot was swollen , I'm disappointed that in my time of need and was an emergency .Discovery didn’t pay. According to page 8 on your guide all emergency is paid for and page 16 says that my family has a benefit of 4950for crushes which you refused to pay. What was I supposed to do hop and injure my foot more. Dr Mjuza and Dr Gidzha where not paid , can you please address this , I can't be paying medical aid and when I'm in need the same medical aid cannot help me. it is stipulated on your guide that I dont need authorization for emergency .</p>
