Reject claims without telling you, then black list you- while you are none-the wiser

<p><br />When does a company black list someone without first warning them?<br />Since when do you reject claims without telling the client?<br />Since when do you pay claims and to recall them without telling the client?<br />How is a client to know that they owe any money if you do not tell them?<br />We as clients assume that claims are paid - we generally find out they were rejected when the medical provider sends us the bill saying the claim was rejected. I got nothing of the sort. <br />Which means you pay the claims and then withdraw them and dont tell us, your CLIENT.<br />Do you do this on purpose?</p> <p>These vampires have blacklisted me, and I had absolutely no idea I even them money. In fact, I only found out about an amount owed on the 13th of January when I called the call centre. Please look up calls made to your call centre on the 13th of January at 14:45, 15:00 and 15:01 - I called to found out if I owed money because of the apple watch, and when I was told of this amount of R4172.80 for something else I was completely shocked. That something else was for claims that seemed to have been paid, but then were recalled. That was done without my knowledge and I was never informed. So I owed Discovery money, but they never bothered telling me that they had rejected claims, or had paid and then recalled those payments for payments made months ago. But regardless I asked for them to send banking details so I could pay it immediately - Details I have still not received! But, I get home two days later from holiday to find a letter in my postbox that I have been black listed.</p> <p>Listing someone before they even know that they owe money is ******** and could ruin someone's life. In fact Discovery have all but destroyed mine.</p> <p>You see I was an employee of Discovery last year, and it was anything but a pleasant experience. My boss was a bully, and I was bul**** so badly that I had to seek help from Doctors as I was so stressed I developed depression and anxiety. My dream job was turned into a nightmare, and slowly but surely my job was degraded into becoming nothing but hs glorified PA, and I was subjected to constant embarrassment, belittlement and bullying. Being hit with such bad anxiety and being so fearful of doing any work, as anything I did was kicked into the dirt, no matter how good it was, I was subjected to embarrassment for what I did and was made to fee worthless. As a test once, I copied work from his favourite pet and submitted it. He tore it apart and said it was useless. A few weeks prior that same work was given a glowing review when submitted by my colleague, who happened to be the pet of the team. I started acting out in my anxiety, and depression. I started contemplating suicide and was an anti-anxiety medication with messed with my head immensely. I was not myself, I started lashing out at friends and family, and my relationship with my then fiance was almost at breaking point. I was forced to resign after I reported his bullying. The advice I got from multiple medical doctors was to move to the quiet and peacefulness of the coast, which I am in the process of doing. I have finally found a job in Durban - that was until I was black listed by Discovery unHealth. The job is mine on condition of my credit check. Thanks Discovery UnHealth, once again you have kicked me down and rubbed my face in the dirt. Also now affected is my home loan - you have truly conspired to ruin my life Discovery.</p> <p>Now please, do something for once that is for your customers and send me a letter of apology for the listing that was done in error, and an e-mail thanking me for my payment and that you have received it - asap!</p>
