Reinstatement of medical aid

My medical aid with Discovery was cancelled by accident when I switched jobs and it had to be transferred into my own personal capacity.

When I realised this on the 04 January 2018, I called them and they told me I only had to make the outstanding payment, fill in a 'permission to change banking details' form as well as send through a copy of my ID and bank statements not older than 3 months. Which I did on the 05 January 2018.

By the 18 January 2018 I still have not received any response, so I called them and they told me I had to fill in another form (declaration of health) which they told me on the 04 January 2018 was not needed. I filled this in and also send it through on the same day.

Two days later another no response, then I sent another email. They then told me they needed bank statements not older than 3 months again (the one's I sent was for December 2017, which is still not older than 3 months). However, I sent through January 2018 bank statements as well.

On the 23 January 2018 I sent another email as my medical aid was still not reinstated, which they responded to asking for bank statements AGAIN as well as another payment.

I don't think they ever plan on reinstating my medical aid!

This is the worst service I have ever experienced!
