Regulated by the Council? Really?!

So, now I've just about had it!

Discovery have rejected my claims for emergency treatment for the 5th March 2018, because they say that the condition which was the reason for the claim (Sideroblastic Anaemia - ICD10 is D64.3) is not a life threatening condition. In other words, implying that I wasted the Emergency Doctor's time, and that my dependent should have just collapsed at work, because far be it from the medical scheme to help her

This, despite the fact it is on the Council of Medical Schemes list of PMB Conditions as LIFE THREATENING ANAEMIA (D64.3 AND D64.9 falls under PMB Code 252S - the claim was made with both of those ICD-10s).

In addition, I've had other claims lodged, which I am still fighting, all for the same condition and the treatment of that condition (refer to the claim for service made on the 9th March 2018 - compulsory blood tests for a transfusion done on 13 March 2018

What is the actual point of saying you are regulated by the Council of Medical Schemes, when you openly defy their regulations regarding PMB Conditions?
