registration of dependant on medical aid

I have had a night mare with discovery for over a month <br> <br> simply wish to register my daughter on my medical has led to so much headaches and been placed on hold for 45 minutes and being misadvised by manager Rowen not once but twice <br> <br> and now I am stuck with my daughter not being on medical aid and if any thing had happened in the period since I attempted this is driving my up the wall <br> <br> it is pathetic service on customer care level as well the information given to customers
