Registration as a PMB

<p>I have been diagnosed with a condition which qualifies as a Prescribed Minimum Benefit. My doctor submitted a request for cover mid October 2016. I require further tests but want the registration as PMB to be finalized before proceeding. I have recieved a letter dated 28 Oct 2016 stating that Discovery couldn't finalize their decision as they await further information. I have made numerous calls to their call centre to find out what they need but have recieved no help or guidance. I don't know where to turn to anymore. Call centre staff make notes but can't give answers. No one ever gets back to me. Can Discovery please resolve my query? Membership number ********** 80 Discovery reference ********** 838</p>
