Refusing..Highly Pregnant and Sick Woman Urgent treatment

The time now is 04:00am and all I can think of is the high Mortality and Neonatal death rate in S.A. Wondering if I will be a Statistic because of an *********** scheme with Case managers who have no Ability/Training in managing emergencies. Currently I'm highly pregnant and ill with a severe condition that requires urgent admission and treatment. Discovery is refusing admission and the treatment seeking for motivations with turn around times of 3-5 days. The doctor has sent everything including blood results and history which outlines the severity of my condition, as well as importance of admission,I'm still being given the run around and told that if I do get approval it will only be in the dr.rooms and should I be admitted I will be liable for hospital payments.

15/03/19 We resorted to seeking medical help from another dr.and were prepared to Pay the cash price(Out of utter Paralysis and despondence) for the treatment in the dr.s rooms. But the dr advised that I can't get that particular treatment in the rooms as I might go into Anaphylatic Shock and need resuscitation.He added that with my results and Clinical Picture I have to be admitted for further investigations not only by Gynae but a Physician as well. I rushed to the hospital only to be told that discovery is refusing the admission and quirying the treatment.They now claim not to have my blood results which were submitted on the 11/03 and confirmed receipt, I was told I have to wait for another 16 hours. This leaves me to wonder if the Case manager who said it will be done in the dr rooms if approved is at all knowledgable about the treatment or that did not matter as long as they were following Protocol and Cutting costs for the Company. I deeply regret moving from my previous Scheme to Discovery.I have put up with all their Unnecessary nutty grit ties in the past. But now that it Affects my health and that of my Unborn baby..Only God can bring about Intervention.
