Refusing too pay my claim!!!

I am sooooo ****ed off with Discovery. I have been struggling now for 2 months too get my money paid back too me every time its a different story. Now they telling me that i will not get my money back because of the main member that was hospitalized in NOVEMBER that's outstanding amounts that i am unaware of as a dependent. I JOINED IN FEBRUARY ON MY PARTNERS PLAN. Waited my 3 months and went for my tooth extraction. 1st the doctor said i don't need too pay anything then i paid R680.72 after the extraction and told me i need too claim back from discovery. Now discovery is refusing too pay my money because of money owed of a member that happened in November when i wasn't even on the plan.. You guys cant do that. Someone better sort this out. I am livid i even hung up the phone with your constant. Its 1 plan BUT 2 INDIVIDUALS !!!!! Every week i phone and everyone tells me a different story. And NO ONE told me i would not get my money back.
