Refusing to send tax certificate
Cancelled my medical aid last year and the *********** consultant send the wrong tax certificate and not the one for March 2021 to October 2021. I waisted a long day having two phone calls to request my tax certificate which was allegedly sent via e mail. I have not received anything at this time of hour. The other options also refuse to assist.
