Refusing to pay R150 for prosible life or death situation

I am a Discovery member. The monthly premium is around R4000 per month. We haven't claimed much this year, Discovery has put more than R20 000 in their pockets. A few days ago I asked that they pay for a Oximeter for my wife. It costs about R150. She is diabetic and got high blood pressure. She may have contracted Covid19. An Oximeter could mean the difference between life and death. Yet Discovery refused to pay us R150 back after we paid them R20000. Just shows how they feel about peoples lives.
