Refusing to pay approved operation

Discovery confirmed that my procedure will be covered in full and now after the operation they are saying the doctor is not covered and they are refusing to pay. Listen to all the call recordings especially the last one before the operation where this was confirmed. If you don't resolve this I am going to take this up with the Ombudsperson.
