Refusing to pay accounts after Discovery approved them beforehand (worst medical aid ever)

I recently had a kidney transplant on (22/08/19) and I am in the recovery period where I am not eligible to work. I recently found out that some of my accounts regarding to the build up to the transplant are still not being paid. After countless efforts from me and the health care provider (cardioligist) they still refuse to pay. Before the tests were done it was already approved by discovery because all the tests on the build up to the kidney transplant should have been paid out of a specific ICD 10 CODE (kidney transplant basket). I was the recipient and my mom the donor. They paid the cardiologist in full for the donor, but yet they do not pay the account of the recipient. These accounts were supposed to be paid out of the ex gratia as they initially approved all the tests before any tests were done. But now they refuse. I am unemployed and my medical aid gets paid by a family member. They still refuse to pay and every consultant comes out with a different excuse. Just a personal note to DISCOVERY that you are the worst medical health aid provider and thousands of discovery clients can only complain about you as well as health care providers. If I need to take legal action against you I will sure do. Its just a shame that I need the chronic benefits because of my condition otherwise I would've sent you to hell as many customers of you are already doing.
