Refusing to pay

So I was in a car accident two weeks ago whereby I was taken to hospital by ambulance as I hurt my neck and back badly. Upon arrival at the hospital I was told to pay R2000 cash in order for them to admit me, which I did. I went for scans etc. When I got the scans back they said that everything looked fine and told me its likely whiplash and that I will be sore for the next 3 days but prescribed medication for pain etc. I got the receipts and invoices to claim the amount I paid back from the medical aid. However the hospital bill and admission fees came up to R 9043.12, from that an amount of R 3118.20 was deducted from my medical savings account so the balance due is R5924.92 which they are refusing cover. I have to just pay this out of my own pocket. I pay almost R2000 per month for medical aid and they cant even cover you in an accident. This is really ridiculous . They just keep telling me its casualties and is not covered by hospital funds. I was in an accident for crying out loud, is this not what medical aid IS FOR!!!!
