Refusing payment

i have never seen such a ******* and lying company as this one. so i have been with discovery for 3 years now on essential delta saver which uses network hospitals, when i took this cover, i was told that the hospital i am residing in is covered for my plan and it is the only private hospital available this side. today i had to be admitted due to signs of preterm labor but i was told they would not cover it as the hospital was removed from the network and that they sent communication on changes, i have been checking my emails from the day i registered and there is no kind of that information that was shared with me. i regret the day i crossed paths with discovery. worst mistake of my life. i have never claimed for hospital since i joined but they are refusing to pay and the admission was emergency as i am 32 weeks pregnant and did not plan this
