Refusing Paediatric Benefits

My Husband has been trying unsuccessfully to get Discovery to cover my Son's Paediatrician visits. The reason been is the Paediatrician isn't qualified to manage his care! We have no ask Discovery to provide us details of a DSP that Discovery wants us to use, but nothing to date. This is a requirement of the Medical Schemes Act, but not Discovery's requirements. To add, there is no DSP within our area, so I don't know what Discovery expects us to do!
