Refusing Calim Pay out from MY OWN SAVINGS Account !!!!

Have a Savings plan included in my Plan. So therefore I AM MAKING CONTRIBUTIONS to MY Savings plan,Did Submit three Claims with Tax Certificates,and the Response i received Claim Denied,the codes Shows `` Nappies `` *** ??? I did not put any Codes if you can read on the Tax Certificates you will see for what is was. And the Savings Account is my own MONEY and Not Discovery,so Pay out my Claim or i Cancel the Whole Policy,as easy as that !!!
