Refused to send me updated Membership card

I got my baby last year May, and have been paying for this medical aid since , I have sent emails and spent money to call , begging them to send me a card with updated members,<br> Two scenarios I had to pay from my cash because doctors refused to treat the baby who is not written in the card. Two weeks ago I was smooth talked and promised that it will be couried to my work place. Nothing! but no delay in your monthly payments from me. The baby will be one year now, but no card with his details from discovery.<br> Tell me, I can cancel you people and get another medical aid very soon
