Refused Claim

<p>Both My medical aid and car insurance is with discovery because i know your reliability.</p> <p> </p> <p>I didnt know if this is a joke or what - i want to do a surgical Dental Inplant an the cost is R25k in total, however when i spoke with an agent yesterday just after i even removed my tooth to submit my claim i was told i have to pay myself and claim back from discovery.</p> <p> </p> <p>My question whats the point of being on medicl aid if i cannot be covered because in the beginning we were informed we are covered </p>
