Refused admission

My girlfriend was trying to get admission as she is experiencing abdominal pains. I understand that her authorisation Was pending due to it being a new membership. But I feel it is utter nonsense that she had been declined admission. Because she did not declare that she went to the doctor for everyday colds and flus. Your have decline her because of this. A person van not remember how many times they have been to a doctor in the last year's. And I find that it is ****. You have an under writing department and I believe that all this was suppose to have been passed before the membership is active. She is not getting this membership for free. She pays for it. I will take legal action against discovery if something serve has to happen to her. Because discovery has declined her admission. Someone please assist in getting help here. Cause I grantee you that if the tables where turned things would be different. Now I am sitting at a doctor to get help cos she has medical aid for nothing. Which can't be used.
