Refuse to pay medical bills and bad service

<p>I recently went to the hospital and Discovery Health will not pay 20% of my medical bills. I also had to pay R7100 Gap cover because the hospital I was admitted to was not on my health plan. I now have massive medical debt of almost R20k for a 5 day hospital stay. They use codes and technical loop-holes to avoid payment. I wrote them an email on 30/06/17 to complain about the manner in which they conduct business but they have not bothered to come back to me at all.</p>
