Refuse to pay life threatening medication

It is months now that I struggle with Discovery Healt. It is clear that it is all about money and they do not really are concerned about members. A certain Llewellyn Robinson phoned, and I've sent the documents (a clinical report from my doctor) I requested several times for him to phone me back, but D H does not give a damn. I CAN NOT USE generic medicine for my blood pressure as I get an allergic reaction. Discovery just refuses to understand that the generic medicine makes me sicker and rat I'll rather stop using it than to feel sick all day. They refuse to pay the prescribed medicine as it is "NOT ON THEIR LIST" of approved medicine. What the heck must I do? What do the medical teal at discovery think? They cannot be that ignorance...but unfortunately, they are. They only send a pre-written form letter back to me every time, not even reading the report from the doctor. I need them to explain what they expect from a patient who pays his premium every month. They seemingly chase profits all the time on the account of members. I want to refer it to their board of directors, but they don't want to give the contact details. I need a proper explanation, not a form letter that they sent to all complainants!
