Refuse to pay for what they should & Not helpful at all.

Called me and said they would pay for a claim, then charged me for it and said they have no record of ever phoning me. It's a pain to get them to help you. In regard to a specific benefit - half of the time no one could help me. They said they would phone back and never did. I am leaving them as soon as I am able to.
