Refuse to Give My Money Back!

<p>I made a mistake and accidentally paid money into my OLD Discovery Medical Aid with my Old membership number. I am now on my husband's Discovery Medical Aid. I was trying to pay my Discovery Credit Card!!</p> <p>I followed the Refund Return Process with my bank to get the funds returned at a cost of R290.</p> <p>Discovery came back with the following response:</p> <p>Detailed explanation for outcome of request where applicable:</p> <p> Outcome of request <br />Detail explanation<br />No Authority to Debit<br />The recipient has not provided permission for the funds to be reversed, as per the banking rules permission need to be obtained before the funds can be reversed.<br /> </p> <p> So yes I made a mistake but now Discovery is being ********* and keeping my money and it seems that the only solution would be to sue them to get the money returned.
