Refusal to reverse a false claim

I received a notification of a claim for the 8th from Doc Q Ndiweni whom I have not seen since mid-last year. I notified the doctor's office they said they would reverse it and call me to let me when it is done. They did not call. I called back and spoke to Chalene she said it was done. I phoned Discovery spoke to Raeesa (reference number ***) to inform them about it and they said it was not reversed and they could only process the reversal after they received a letter from the doctor's office requesting them to do so which contradicted what Charlene said. I sent Discovery an email and they responded with the same response that the doctor must send a request form first. I forwarded the conversation to the doctor's office email [Email Removed] which is the email they gave me and phoned them, spoke to Basetsana who said they would process the request and send me a copy, I'm still waiting!<br> <br> I actually am surprised that Discovery is not bothered that an invalid claim was made though that is not my biggest concern. My primary worry is that they have reduced my annual specialist bracket and that affects me.
