Refusal to payment - Discovery Health
Once again Discovery Health has proven that they are definitely not eager to pay for members medical care. They have been promoting their "Diabetic Health Care Program" which is supposed to alleviate the co-payments if you use their doctors. So when you do use their doctors, and these doctors refer you for further analysis, then Discovery refuses to pay. What a SAD organization.

05 Oct 2021, 10:52You can speak to Carin Anthony, who is one of your official representatives. She made it very clear that Discovery Health would not pay. She wrote out the whole terms and conditions and forwarded to me explaining why Discovery does not pay.
