Refusal to pay minimun prescribed benefit

Discovery have not paid my minimum prescribed benefit to Dr Greeff & Ass , AC and Partners and Van der berg for treat of my child in hospital from 08 -15 June 2018. They claim the dependent or code was incorrect I then submit them the statement indicating what is due and the dependent was correct.

The supplier does not want to resubmitting claiming that discovery is playing delay tactics . Discovery has phone me in June-July-August 2018 promising to phone the said supplier but until today I am still waiting.
