You have not paid R588 medical bill for Refentse Lesedi Tsotetsi year for hearing in 8-15 June 2019 due to practice number . The invoice was submitted twice and supplier is suing me know . You also short pay R300 Refentse Lesedi Tsotetsi on the 19 March 2019. Spoke to about the code promised to resolved the issue

Don’t know Boksburg Pick and Pay hypermarket pharmacy R377.64 service on the 30 April 2019.

Tried to get this resolved through the email and telephone on the 3 June 2019.
