Refusal to meet claim
Discovery refused to meet claims from the dentist Dr Swanevelder with whom they Have a dispute. This surely is nothing to do with me They should meet my claims

Unfortunately, Discovery Health does not fund any claims related to this practice. This decision was made after taking cognisance of the accepted protocols and the level of compliance by such practices with our billing requirements. Furthermore, the decision was made having the best interests of all members of the scheme in mind. The provider is usually well informed of this decision before stopping of payment would be activated.
