Refusal to give aurthorisation

<p>I am currently struggling with a a very rare medical condition, and have been admitted to hospital a few times due to extremem pain. This is for Neck pain. I finally found a Dr who is willing to assist me but your review team are refusing to give permission for one more day in hospital due to the fact that I have used 6 days up in hospital for treatment already. When we signed up for Discovery we were never ever informed that there is only 6 days for neck treatment, we were told that hospital benefit is unlimited!! I am absolutely astounded. If I do not get this treatment for the pain, I will lose my job as I cannot work and you will lose us as a client for medical aid as well as life insurance. I am going to make sure to tell everyone about this and we will be cancelling our medical aid with you anmd life insurance should this not be sorted out. I am devastated that we pay a fortune for medical aid every month, sometimes people get sick and it takes drs more than 6 days to figure out what the problem is, how on earth can you do this!!! Unnacceptable!! my medical aid number is ********** 10. This treatment was meant to be done tomorrow. I am beyond livid!! </p>
